As I write this, we are sitting at Cafe Berlin in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri Tigers. Check out this waffle!
The waffle has homemade granola, peanut butter, honey and fruit and it's damn good!
After we eat, we will be on our way to barbecue central, Kansas City, to see the Royals play the A's at 1 PM. We hear its brutally hot on the east coast, but you're not alone, it's going to be a scorcher in KC heating up to 95 degrees at game time.
